Shipping a car can be stressful and if this is your first time it comes with a lot of question. AutoPro tries to make this prosses as simple and easy as possible. Over the years we have gather some common questions but if your questions aren’t listed down below please feel free to contact us.

 

  • How does it work?

After you’ve decided to go with AutoPro, its as simple as

  • Get a quote
  • Make a Deposit
  • Pay in full

Starting with filling out a quote rather online or over the phone, then make a deposit to start the prosses once you are happy with said quote and finally make sure you have paid in full before the car is delivered. Its that simple and if any questions or concerns pop up along the way our team is more then happy to help.

 

  • Can I ship my personal belongings with my car?

Yes, but with some limitations. Personal belongings are not insured, and the delivery driver needs access to both front seats. All personal belonging needs to be below the window. If you are planning on bring personal belonging please get in touch with us for more information.

 

  • Can I ship a car that isn’t running?

Yes, we do offer transport to none running vehicle. However, timing will be different due to logistics and an extra charge for towing will be added.

 

  • How many days in advance do I need to book a service?

Short answer, as soon as possible. Due to the nature of long haul shipping the more time we have to plan the smother the prosses go.  2 weeks is generally what we ask for, but we can do it in short notices we just ask to contact us before paying for the deposit.

 

  • Will my vehicle be insured during transport?

Yes. Your vehicle is fully insured while in transport. Our insurance will respond in the rare and highly unlikely case damages were inflicted on your vehicle while under our care.

 

  • What payment options do I have?

Autopro accepts all major credit cards, interact (Visa Debit) and even Crypto
